These Terms of Service govern your use of the Loudzie website and your purchase of products from Loudzie. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, security, or the rights of Loudzie, our customers, or third parties.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, placement, scale, and appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, product sizing, and normal production tolerances. Product availability and designs may change without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Loudzie may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or an address we cannot service.

You are responsible for checking the product, size, design, quantity, email address, and shipping address before completing checkout.

4. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed unless the checkout states otherwise. Applicable sales taxes may be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping

Loudzie currently ships within the United States only and provides free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers and circumstances outside our control.

6. Cancellations and address changes

Requests to cancel an order or change a shipping address must be sent to hello@loudzie.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will try to accommodate requests received within that period, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment or production has started.

7. Refunds and replacements

Refunds, replacements, damaged items, incorrect items, size issues, and delivered-but-missing packages are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The Loudzie name, branding, artwork, product designs, website content, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Loudzie unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use them without permission.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in a way that infringes rights, use the site for fraudulent activity, or interfere with another person's use of the site.

10. Third-party services

Our store may rely on third-party providers for ecommerce technology, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Those providers may have their own terms and policies where applicable.

11. Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loudzie is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our store, services, or legal requirements. The version posted on this page applies from its stated last-updated date.
