Here is the short version of how Loudzie handles shipping, order changes, and product issues.
Printed and shipped from the USA
Our current Hawaiian shirt line is printed and shipped from our production partner's USA-based factory.
Free U.S. shipping
We currently ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is free on every order.
How long does it take?
Loudzie generally reviews and submits your order to our production partner within 1–2 business days. Production typically takes 3–4 business days. Once the package has been dispatched, estimated carrier delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Lost or damaged order?
We want you to receive your order the way you expected it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, or your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right with a free replacement or refund.
For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, issue, packaging, and shipping label where available.
Need to cancel or change your address?
Email hello@loudzie.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment or production has started.
Change of mind or wrong size
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, choosing the wrong size, ordering the wrong product or design, or personal preference. Please check the size information and order details before checkout.
Package says delivered but is missing
Please contact the carrier first and ask them to investigate. If they cannot resolve the issue, email us with your order number and carrier case details and we will review it.
Incorrect shipping address
If an order needs to be shipped again because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
